DESCRIPTION:\n\n\n\nThe 26th annual Lake George Getaway Weekend (a club fav
 orite!) will take place Friday afternoon Sept. 11 through Monday Sept. 14.
  We will be staying on the lake in Bolton Landing\, located 8.5 miles nort
 h of the Village of Lake George on the western shoreline. There is a facil
 ity for storing your bike indoors at the hotel. While this is a cycling we
 ekend\, there are lots of off the bike activities to suit most tastes\, in
 cluding sitting on the dock taking in the view. Check out options at: www.

 en Hukins (using the registration form below) and book your hotel directly
  with Northward Ho.\n\n\n\n\n1. Registration and Fees:\n\n\n\nRegistration
  for the weekend event is $35 per person. Your registration fee includes w
 ine\, water and hors oeuvres followed by hot or cold sandwiches and desser
 ts on the dock/patio or game room on Friday evening. Let me know if you ha
 ve special dietary needs at least a week before the event! More wine on Sa
 turday night. Great cue sheets/GPX files are provided for some wonderful r
 ides. Download the registration form below and fill it out and send it to

 not register for this event on the MAFW website as reservations are handle
 d by me and Northward Ho directly.\n\n\n\n2. Hotel Reservations\n\n\n\nHom
 e base is the Northward Ho Resort\, Bolton Landing\, which offers a choice
  of rooms\, efficiencies\, or cottages for your accommodations. In order t
 o take advantage of the facilities and participate in our picnic and eveni
 ng entertainment\, you must be a guest at the resort (for insurance reason

 y bring non-cycling guests who are residents of their household. Other non
 -MAFW members wishing to cycle will be subject to an additional fee of $30
  for a one year club membership. Registration and payment including club m
 embership fees for non-members are required in advance.\n\n\n\nAdditional 
 Information:\n\n\n\nThe cycling is for experienced and self-sufficient cyc
 lists. Cyclists generally form into groups\, but there will not be any for
 mal SAG or support. The rides are mostly C terrain and done at a leisurely
  to moderate pace. There will be optional rides available for everyone fro
 m "casual" to A terrain.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBring a windbreaker and tights in 
 case we get some cool off shore winds as well as a rain jacket (just in ca
 se\, but hopefully will not be needed).  For off the bike\, plan on bring
 ing clothing covering everything from summer swimming weather to mid-fall
