<p>For those of us who normally upload activities via Garmin Connect to Strava etc. You can manually upload your ride from the .fit files found within the Activities folder of your Garmin device (connect your Garmin device to a computer).<br />
Strava makes it very easy to import this file from page strava.com/upload/select<br />
