Back by popular demand! The Freewheeler Social Committee invites you join us to Kayak the Raritan River­­­­––a 3-hour downriver excursion from Annandale to Flemington on Saturday, October 7. We’re offering a longer trip than last time, as requested by several paddlers.

Please note that this is not an official club-sponsored ride because our insurance does not cover kayaking. All attendees must have a life vest.

Rentals are available from Yellow Dog Kayak Rentals: Singles for $79 and Tandem for $99. Rental includes kayak drop-off, pick-up, and life vest. Two tandems and 8 singles are available on a first come, first served basis. Sign up for rentals at https://yellowdogpaddle.com/register (908) 625-6519. We will coordinate cars from put-in to take-out locations with all attendees.

Bring a prospective member and your significant other for an evening out with friends.

Feel free to bring your own non-alcoholic beverages.  Glenbrook also offers birch beer and water for non-drinkers and those in training. Enjoy pizza courtesy of MAFW or bring your own eats. Flights or pints are available for purchase from Glenbrook.

Wear your colors for some fun 😀 (an article of cycling attire) or come as you are, but no togas!
