07/06Sun 8:30amC+/C/45/1292Colonial Park, Lot C in the Winter, Howe Athletic Center in the SummerAndy Milstein563 - Colonial-Hopewell for Bridge Out29

This is my favorite ride from Colonial Park as it is on beautiful roads. It is a summer Sunday, so the traffic should be less than normal.  I will be happy to wait for  anyone who either can ride at a C+ pace, or thinks they can do so (even if it turns out that they cannot).  To beat the heat, we should take a very short break, time enough for a quick coffee, and a trip to the restroom, but not enough time for a 3 course meal. We will stop at the Boro Bean at mile 18.4.  The first 5 signups get free coffee or water.

This is a new end of the ride for the Colonial Hopewell ride with the Bridge Out and alternate route down from the Sourlands. Food stops: Hopewell (a little early at mile 18, but only option now that Peacock's is closed due to 2014 fire). 4: Andy Milstein(C), Gregg Fremed(C), Kari Nicol, Marvin Gersho(C+)scheduled
07/06Sun 8:30amC/C+/38/1754Mine Brook ParkMarty Pratt1063 - Lumberville Limerick46

Let's get an early start and beat the heat. We haven't been to the Lumberville Store in a while. Lots of shade on this ride too. I'll lead at a relaxed pace from the back. Hope to see you.

Get those legs moving via some old roads in a new direction. Cross to PA & back over the Bulls Island bridge. The new Lumberville store has great coffee, hot chocolate & baked goods to be enjoyed by the outdoor fire pits or tables. Tour by Tony Marchand and Pat Kipp (2016).

CLIMBS: Warsaw Rd leaving the Delaware,

Bon Ton Roulet | Auburn YMCA The Bon Ton Roulet is a five day bicycle tour through the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of New York State. Our fully supported tour takes cyclists from wide open farm fields, past stunning overlooks of our lakes, to cavernous water-carved gorges, National Historic Sites as well as award winning wineries. The Long Route appeals to those riders who love the challenge of a 60-75 mile ride per day. The Regular Route, typically 40-50 miles per day, tends to attract newer riders & those who plan on spending the day leisurely browsing the markets &  attractions along the way. Many riders even switch back & forth between routes during the week, making the Bon Ton the perfect tour!  Check out the website below for more info and to register.  After registering with Bon Ton please sign up on the MAFW ride schedule so we know who is going.
