In order to update your profile click on your name on the top right corner of the website and select Edit Profile
In order to be notified about rides scheduled at specic paces click on Member Information
Next scroll down to select the paces of the rides you want to be notified about.
Then click on Save Changes. You will then receive notifications when a ride of that pace is scheduled.
