The biannual election for the club’s Board of Directors will take place in November.

The current positions on the Board of Directors are: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Ride Coordinator, Membership Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, IT Coordinator, and Member at Large. Duties of the Officers and Directors can be found on the website on page 6 ofthe club’s Bylaws.  Any member of the club in good standing is eligible to be a candidate for any of the positions.  Interested persons should contact the club’s secretary, Kim Tulloch, at secretary@mafw.org.  The deadline for declaring candidacy is August 31, 2026.

Board members are asked to commit to attend monthly virtual meetings, currently held from 7-9 PM on the first Wednesday of the month or on another date that all members are available.

The club’s Board provides significant guidance for the membership and participation on the Board is a very rewarding experience.
