Use this link to see all the differences. First is a bypass of Pluckemin center, Second is a bypass of the bridge out on Mill Rd, Third uses Guinea Hollow to avoid a steep hill. Fourth uses Frog Hollow to avoid another steep hill. Fifth avoids the center of Chester, and the last avoids Lake Road which is in poor condition. Expect at least a C+ effort to get a C pace on this terrain. | Some nice hills, mostly quiet scenic roads, one short busy section on RT# 24 in Chester, then a beautiful long downhill on Old Chester Road. |

| This gravel route starts in Frenchtown on the Delaware & Raritan Canal trail where we will stop in Lambertville for a snack and then cross the bridge to New Hope, where we'll pick up the Historic Delaware Canal Towpath (part of the Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor) which was used to transport hundreds of tons of goods to NYC and Philadelphia. We’ll ride north with beautiful views of the Delaware, passing the Black Bass Inn and footbridge to Bull Island. We’ll follow the trail inland and take a brief stop at the Uhlerstown Covered Bridge before heading back to Frenchtown across the bridge.
