A trip to Lambertville over taxing hills such as Goat Hill and others. The route is through farm communities and is very pretty. Traffic is usually light. There are 2 food stops in Lambertville and the tour passes both so ride leaders are free to choose. This route has one tricky turn at mile 20.9 where the road splits, take right curve (Marshall Corner Woodsville Rd.), the road shortly crosses Rt. 31 at a light. Tour by Chaim Schreiber (2015).

Similar to Duke Island Ramble but with a jog along the base of the Sourlands. Fairly flat ride through towns of Neshanic, Three Bridges, Centerville and Raritan with several crossings of the Raritan River but no Rt 202 crossings. Note that out and back to WAWA can be skipped at mile 19.2 for evening and picnic rides. Similar to tours 1024 and 1025. Tour by Manny Coelho (2016).

  1. This is a classic 40 mile ride from Pluckamin. A C ride for those who don't want to drive to Kittatinny. Rest stop at mile 21.8 at either Wawa or Profeta Farms across Rt. 202. I will be bringing carrots to feed my 2 favorite donkeys on Summer Rd. just after the rest stop. If you haven't met them, it's worth the stop. Station Road is still closed. We can detour by staying on Readington Rd. at mile 30.5, and then turning right on Rt. 28 by the entrance to RVCC to get to Burnt Mill Rd.

Venture to Mountainville and Oldwick via a new combination of old roads from Pickell Park. You will see, but are not limited to, a variety of animals such as rabbits, deer, little black sheep with bells, small horses and maybe a Friesen or two. Tour by Tony Marchand and Pat Kipp (2017).

For special July social ride at ~32.8 mile make a left off School Rd before RT22 and ride or walk the short distance to Polar Cub for ice cream.  Caution since you are going against RT22 traffic. Ice cream paid by MAFW. After Polar Cub alternate return is make a right at School Rd, left at Old Hwy 28, cross RT22 at the light and continue Main St to Pickell Park.
