Q. What’s more exciting than the upcoming mid-term elections?

A. The Morris Area Freewheeler Board of Directors election, also in November 2026.

Elections will be held for the following Board positions: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, Ride Coordinator, Membership Coordinator, Safety Coordinator, IT Coordinator, At-Large Member.  The current Treasurer and Safety Coordinator will be stepping down so the club needs volunteers to replace them.  With the recent change in bylaws, any club member in good standing is eligible to be a candidate for any of the offices regardless of whether the current office holder is willing to continue for another term or not.  If you are committed to make a meaningful commitment and contribution to the club, I urge you to become a candidate.  The time commitment is minimal.  Interested persons need only to submit his/her name and position running for to the club’s Secretary by August 31, 2027.
